Use in SPA:

- You can dry file before or after soaking the feet.

- When you dry-file the soak, first spray alcohol on the feet, let them dry and then use the coarse side.

- When dry filing after soaking, completely dry the skin before filing. Always file the calluses with the coarse grain side using rapid back and forth movements.

- Apply your preferred exfoliation product and rinse.

- Wet the file and use the smooth side on the wet skin.

- Apply a foot mask followed by a moisturizing lotion.

Home use:

- To dislodge calluses, use the coarse side on dry skin using back and forth movements.

- Rinse the feet (do not dry them out), wet the file and use the smooth side to smooth the skin.

Delivery

Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your payment, during business days. The standard shipping method is Canada Post Express. If you want a delivery with signature, an additional cost applies. Thank you for contacting us. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

In Canada, a delivery fee of $10 per order applies. For orders of $65 or more before taxes, delivery costs are free.

In the United States, a delivery fee of $18 per order applies. For orders of $150 or more before taxes, delivery costs are free.

In the event that the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, shipping costs will become the responsibility of the buyer.

We ship Monday through Friday.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. Fees may vary depending on the weight and value of your order. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders together and transport costs will be applied individually for each of them.
