Shampoo instructions for use: Shampoo twice, the first to cleanse and the second to treat, then rinse.

Mask how to use: Apply evenly to shampooed hair in the direction of hair growth, twisting your locks to make the product penetrate deeply. Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes, then rinse with water.

Concentrate instructions for use: Once a week, (or every three shampoos) replace the conditioner or the renewing mask of lengths by the concentrate filler of ends. Break off the tip of the concentrate vial and apply the full dose directly to the towel dried ends. Twist your hair to make the product penetrate deeply, leave on for 5 minutes then rinse.

Delivery

Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your payment, during business days. The standard shipping method is Canada Post Express. If you want a delivery with signature, an additional cost applies. Thank you for contacting us. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

In Canada, a delivery fee of $10 per order applies. For orders of $65 or more before taxes, delivery costs are free.

In the United States, a delivery fee of $18 per order applies. For orders of $150 or more before taxes, delivery costs are free.

In the event that the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, shipping costs will become the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. Fees may vary depending on the weight and value of your order. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders together and transport costs will be applied individually for each of them.
